Thank you for visiting rosswilkins.com. Below are some details that you will need to know before browsing our site and purchasing a work with us.
Payment
If you would like to purchase an artwork or order a print, please email info@rosswilkins.com. We will subsequently send you an invoice for the artwork to be paid within 7 days. We accept bank transfer or payment via a Sum Up link (available upon request).
Returns
You have 14 calendar days upon receipt of your artwork to request a refund. Please email info@rosswilkins.com, explaining why you are requesting the refund, and return the artwork in the condition in which it arrived. The buyer is responsible for organising and covering the full cost of the return shipment. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service; Ross Wilkins does not take responsibility for any returned artworks that are lost or damaged in transit back to the sender’s address. Ross Wilkins will confirm the refund amount, after reviewing the condition of the returned artwork. Please note, physical sales made in person at exhibitions are final and cannot be returned.
Shipping
Delivery times
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your purchase prior to shipping. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. All purchases are insured whilst in transit. Deliveries are tracked, and will require a signature.
Duties and Taxes
International packages may incur taxes and/or duties, payable by the customer.
Cancellations
We will try our best to fulfil every purchase as specified in our terms, but delays and cancellations may occur for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel any purchases for any reason. If this occurs, we will notify our customer and refund the full amount.
